Overall this is a great car wash. The workers are always friendly, except for the one woman who work there. She is absolutely horrible!! She is always so rude. She makes comments and rolls her eyes at people every single time. When I see her working it makes me want to back up and leave without even getting my car washed!

Took my car thru car wash and equipment damaged my trip on new car. Buckeye Express has a disclaimer stating not responsible. Doesn’t say much to the Culture of this business. Will make everyone I can I will tell and also attorney General for state of Ohio.Jim Miller

I have been coming here for the past couple of years and am always impressed with the excellent service I receive. Alexis and the whole team are professional, courteous, and I appreciate the communication recently when it was very cold and the wash was moving slower than usual due to ice build up. The vacuums always work really well and the towels are a nice touch. Thanks for keeping my car 🚘 clean!

Been to this wash quite a few time. Multiple other locations as well. Been reasonable happy with the final results. But this past Sunday the dry cloth roller came down and ripped my wiper off of my truck. Luckily not the whole arm. I filled out my form to document my damage and the person there took pictures. I did as well. I was told in 48hrs someone would contact me. David the manager called and let me know they were not replacing my wiper mind you the wipers are $40 each. His reasoning was that the disclaimer reads that they are not responsible for anything pertaining to your vehicle being a vehicle if it gets damaged. Proceeded to tell me over 600 cars were washed without an issue. Not my problem. I have been to this and other locations couples times and to leave me with a basic excuse that wipers are not their responsibility he said mine sat up too high....... Ford put them there it is a factory part. The fact that it pulled it off should be a concern not a too bad we aren't responsible attitude. Extremely disappointed the company will not make this right. Even more disappointed in the rationalization of the things they are not responsible for, it practically lists everything

Feb. 3, 2026 update. Look at the windows from inside after I pulled out after the wash. Not good. I used to go through a second time when the car was clean but now they make members wait between washes. Anyhow, here is what I wrote about this location previously (I will add the the Cleveland Street location is great; I was in that area on Saturday and got a perfectwash): This car wash provided great value on a monthly plan, but the brushes no longer touch our vehicles leaving salt and grime on 1/5 of the vehicle. Today, the back of the SUV wasn't touched at all nor was the passenger side. We are going to explore Blue Falls just down the road to see if it provides better cleaning. We pay to have a clean vehicle and this location isn't doing it the past few months. I will note that the Norwalk location is still fine. So clearly this is a maintenance issue and the owners don't seem to care about it's Lorain location.
